Weddings:

Unforgettable, Beautiful and Timeless weddings don’t just happen ... They take many hours of meticulous planning and very careful co-ordination. Tumbleweeds Weddings dedicate themselves to planning and co-ordinating the fairytale wedding you have always wanted.

We help to do the following:

· Organize all the logistics on your behalf; find the perfect venue, arrange bridal and guest accommodation as well as transport, liaise with all service providers for invitations, photographers, musicians, florists, caterers, ministers, bridal attire, hairstylists, beauticians and pre-wedding activities.

· Outline your costs, help you draw up a budget and ensure that it is adhered to, set up an action plan and arrange a schedule of timing for your event.

· Liaise with the venue, suppliers and service providers on your behalf and oversee all details for your wedding celebration.

· Send you regular progress reports and maintain personal contact throughout the planning process.

· Dedicate attention to the finest detail on your special day to ensure that your wedding day is everything you dared to dream and more.

 

Conferences and Corporate days:

By moving a corporate team into a stimulating and different working environment, it stimulates a sense of creative focus whilst encouraging a social atmosphere in between core presentations.

We help to do the following:

· Choose a venue that is suitable to your particular requirements and budget

· Liaise with venue host and service providers on your behalf

· Arrange all relevant AV equipment, sound and lighting

· Arrange meals and accommodation for all delegates

· Arrange excursions, activities and transport for all delegates and/or their partners

· Manage and oversee your function, assure attention to detail and ensure the smooth running of things

Year end functions:

At the end of a year of collective hard work and success, a ‘year end bash’ allow fellow colleagues to let their hair down and have some fun on a social level.

· Arrange activities relative to your brief; adventure and adrenalin, physically exerting, mentally challenging, explore the area

Product launches:

Every product has a unique image, and thus needs to be driven to the media in an individual and particular way. This is done through environment, backdrop, décor, lighting, mood creation and photography.
